Important booking information
Please read carefully before submitting your request:
- Please be aware that to confirm your booking, payment must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled lesson.(While we may provisionally hold a slot for up to 72 hours before the scheduled session, this does not guarantee availability. If another learner completes payment during this time, the session will be allocated to them, as payment secures the booking.)
- All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled lesson time. Lessons cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours of the lesson will be charged at the full price.
- No-shows (including no contact after 15 minutes past the start time) are chargeable and will be deducted from your package.
